Station AI for training officers
AI firefighter training builder for fire department training officers
Station AI helps training officers and company officers turn a topic into a working draft — a course outline, slide course, quiz and lesson-plan material — so more time goes to teaching and less to formatting.
Free for individual firefighters.
Draft training in minutes, then make it yours
Describe the drill or class you need — the topic, audience, and length. Station AI drafts a course plan, then slides and quiz questions, which you review and edit before saving.
Grounded in your department's approved documents
Departments can keep SOPs, SOGs, run cards and other reference material in a private Knowledge Base. When a manager approves a document and enables it for Station AI, generated training can draw on its relevant sections so the draft reflects how your department operates.
Department material stays private to that department's active members. If nothing relevant has been approved, Station AI drafts from general fire-service knowledge instead.
Part of a real training workflow
Reviewed courses can be used with your crews and tied into The Station Table's training records, so the class you built becomes documented training rather than a file on a laptop.
Built for every type of department
Volunteer, combination and career departments all face the same problem: limited time to build good training. Station AI is meant to shorten the drafting, not change who is accountable for the content.
Human review stays in the workflow
Station AI output is a draft. It can be wrong or incomplete, and it does not certify NFPA, state or legal compliance. A qualified instructor or training officer should review and approve every course before it is delivered.
Frequently asked questions
- What does Station AI actually produce?
- Draft course outlines, slide courses, quizzes and instructor lesson-plan material for a fire-service topic you describe. Drafts open for review and editing before anything is published.
- Can Station AI use my department's SOPs and SOGs?
- Yes, where your department has uploaded documents to its private Knowledge Base, a manager has approved them and enabled them for Station AI. Only active members of that department can generate training grounded in those documents, and other departments cannot see them.
- Does AI-generated training guarantee NFPA or legal compliance?
- No. Station AI does not verify NFPA, state or legal compliance. It produces drafts to speed up the work. Your training officer or instructor remains responsible for checking accuracy and compliance.
- Does Station AI replace the training officer?
- No. It is a drafting tool. A person reviews, corrects and approves every course before it is used with a crew.
