Training management for the fire service

Fire department training software and firefighter training records

The Station Table gives your department one place to log training, keep firefighter training records, track hours by category, and pull reports — without spreadsheets and paper sign-in sheets.

Free for individual firefighters.

Centralized firefighter training records

Every member keeps a long-term training history with hours, categories and certifications. Records stay with the firefighter and with the department, with an audit trail when entries change.

Crew, group and individual training entry

Record a drill for a whole crew using department groups and shifts, assign training to members, and review outside training that members submit.

Requirements, categories and reports

Track hours by training category, see what is due or overdue on assigned training, and export department reports for review.

Department-specific materials

Keep SOPs, SOGs, run cards and reference material in a private department Knowledge Base with approval and version history, and assign documents to members for review and acknowledgment.

Training can also be drafted with Station AI using your approved material. Digital qualification and task books are not part of the product today.

Volunteer departments

Make it easy for members who train on nights and weekends to see their hours and for officers to document sessions quickly.

Combination departments

Keep paid and volunteer members in one set of records, organized by groups and shifts.

Career departments

Document company-level drills across shifts and give training officers department-wide reporting.

Frequently asked questions

Who is The Station Table for?
Volunteer, combination and career fire departments, plus individual firefighters who want to keep their own training history. Individual firefighter accounts are free.
Can we record training for a whole crew at once?
Yes. Department managers can record a session with a roster of members and groups, so each attendee receives the training record.
Is our department's information private?
Department records, documents and the department feed are limited to that department's active members according to their role. Other departments cannot see them.
Does it include shift or staffing scheduling?
No. The Station Table focuses on training, records and department materials. It is not a shift, roster or payroll scheduling system.
