A 90-minute, 15-slide company officer course connecting residential structure-fire size-up with practical knowledge of district housing layouts. Officers will practice identifying building and occupancy clues, anticipating interior arrangements without assuming them, communicating initial conditions, and revising decisions as crews report verified information. The planned course includes instructor notes for each slide and a 10-question quiz; these will be developed in the next phase.
